Message Sending Error Types and Descriptions
When sending messages via Soft10's messaging endpoints, users may encounter various error types. Below is a breakdown of possible errors and their corresponding messages:
isOffline – "You cannot send a message because you are offline. Try sending a message again or scan the QR code again."
This error occurs when the WhatsApp account is not connected. Ensure the account is online and try resending the message. If the issue persists, re-scan the QR code to reconnect.
limitExpire – "The packet message limit has been reached."
limitExpire – "The packet message limit has been reached."
This error occurs when the user's message quota for the current subscription plan has been exceeded. To continue sending messages, consider upgrading the package or waiting for the limit reset.
sendAgain – "The same message was just sent to this number."
This error is triggered when an identical message has been recently sent to the same recipient. It prevents duplicate messaging to avoid spamming.
notExitsWhatsapp – "There is no WhatsApp account on this number."
This error indicates that the recipient's phone number is not registered with WhatsApp, making it impossible to deliver the message.
unknownError – "An unknown error occurred."
This is a generic error message returned when an unexpected issue arises in the messaging process. Further investigation may be required to determine the cause.
catch – "error."
A fallback error message indicating an exception in the system. This typically occurs when the request encounters an unhandled issue.
